In a circle, the group sets a rhythm. One person raps a rhyming couplet, leaving off the last word. It should be a pretty obvious set-up for the word, eg:
“Going out tonight and I want to flirt
What shall I wear? I guess this…”
Instead of staying the obvious rhyming word, the next person in the circle should fill in anything that doesn’t rhyme.
“Spider”
Then everyone raps to the beat:
“Bad rap, bad rap, bad-rap-bad-rap-bad-rap”
We begin again with the person that just gave one word.
Variations
- Try it with a word that fits the set up category but doesn’t rhyme (e.g. like in the example – “dress”)
